Today I have no training to do, no ergs to complete and generally no exercise is needed at all!
As I've been told to eat as often as possible and eat 4-6 meals per day I thought today would be a good chance to fill my stomach. After all, the body needs food to restore itself and grow.
I'm spending today doing some uni work which is due in a couple of days time, and buying more food which I'll need later in the week. Eggs, milk, bread, pasta are all on the list, being a high carbohydrate and protein content.
As far as sleep is concerned, I'm aiming for a minimum of 9 hours sleep per night. This will give my body time to recover and will allow my mind to stay sharp in everyday activities. Seeing as I don't regularly get a lie in, I'm having to go to bed earlier which is proving to be harder than expected!
Will post in detail about my diet plan, and foods in specific in the next few pages.
